These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of MochiStamp, including the website, AI generation features, file processing, payments and related services (the "Service"), provided by Song Tao ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Service overview
The Service generates LINE sticker artwork from your ideas and reference images and packages it as a ZIP file that follows the LINE Creators Market format.
MochiStamp is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with LY Corporation or its group companies. Submitting your files to any platform is your own decision and responsibility.
3. Eligibility and accounts
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
We may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
4. Credits and credit packs
Usage is measured in credits; one credit generates one sticker. Credits are granted when you purchase a credit pack, and the number of credits and the price of each pack are shown on the pricing page. Credits expire 6 months after purchase.
We may change credit pack contents and conversion rules within reason and will announce significant changes in advance.
5. Prices and payments
Credit packs are one-time purchases paid for each time you buy; there are no recurring charges. Prices are shown in US dollars and include tax (yen amounts are approximate). Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record, which handles the transaction, taxes and invoicing; we do not store card numbers.
Purchased credits are added to your account immediately after payment is completed.
6. Refunds
Because the Service delivers digital content, we generally do not refund purchases once credits have been granted or files have been downloaded.
We may issue refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors or technical failures on our side that prevented you from using the Service. Please contact us in such cases.
7. User inputs and uploaded content
You warrant that you own, or have permission to use, the text you enter and the images you upload.
You keep ownership of your inputs and uploaded images. You grant us permission to store, copy, process and transmit them to third-party providers to the extent needed to provide, operate and improve the Service.
8. Generated outputs
As long as you comply with these Terms and the law, you may use generated stickers for personal and commercial purposes, including selling them on LINE Creators Market.
Because of how AI works, outputs may resemble other users’ outputs or existing works, and we do not guarantee that outputs are unique or free of third-party claims. Review every output yourself before publishing or submitting it.
9. Content rules
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you may not generate, upload or publish content that:
is sexual, explicit or sexually suggestive (NSFW), including nudity
infringes the copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy or other rights of others, including anime, game or corporate characters, logos and real people
is illegal or offensive, including discriminatory, violent or obscene content
sexualizes minors, or harasses or threatens anyone
attempts to bypass filters or usage limits
Text you enter is checked by an automated content moderation system before anything is generated, and requests that may break these rules are not generated.
We may remove or block content that violates these rules without prior notice.
10. LINE Creators Market and platform rules
Submitting, passing review and selling on LINE Creators Market or any other platform is your responsibility and subject to that platform’s terms and guidelines.
The Service matches the required file format but does not guarantee that your stickers will pass review. Read the official LINE guidelines before you submit.
11. Availability and AI limitations
AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete or different from what you intended. Always check outputs before using them.
We may interrupt, change or end all or part of the Service without notice for maintenance, outages, provider changes or other reasons.
12. Intellectual property
The software, design, logos, text and other materials that make up the Service belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or resell them beyond what these Terms expressly allow.
13. Prohibited use
Scraping, bulk automated access, or bypassing usage limits or billing
Accessing non-public parts of the Service or its systems
Copying the Service to build a competing product
Harming or disrupting other users or third parties
Any other conduct we reasonably consider inappropriate
14. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers for payments, hosting, AI generation, authentication and more. Their own terms may apply, and we are not responsible for matters outside our control.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or harm the Service or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Provisions that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, limitation of liability and indemnification, remain in effect after termination.
16. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability.
17. Limitation of liability
If you suffer loss caused by us, our liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages and capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the loss occurred, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Where the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other mandatory law does not allow this limitation, it applies only to the extent permitted.
18. Indemnification
If a third party makes a claim against us because of your breach of these Terms or the law, your content or the stickers you published, you agree to compensate us for the resulting loss, including reasonable legal fees.
19. Changes to these Terms
These Terms are standard terms under Article 548-2 of the Civil Code of Japan. We may change them when the change serves the general interest of users or when it is necessary and reasonable. We will announce the revised Terms and their effective date in advance on this page or by other means.
20. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
